Gokudo is an experience on Roblox, together with this website and the services behind them. By playing, or by signing in to anything here, you agree to what follows.
Roblox’s rules come first
Gokudo runs on Roblox, and Roblox’s Terms of Use and Community Standards apply to everything you do in it. Where anything here appears to permit something Roblox forbids, Roblox wins. Nothing on this page grants you permission Roblox has not.
Your account
You play as your Roblox account, and you are responsible for what that account does. If you share it, or let somebody else use it, what they do counts as yours — we have no way to tell the difference and we will not try to.
How to behave
Gokudo is a game about street fights. Fighting in it is the point. Using it to harass a particular person is not, and the distinction matters to us.
Do not:
- Target or follow a specific player to make the game unpleasant for them, or coordinate with others to do so.
- Exploit bugs, use third-party software to gain an advantage, or attempt to modify how the game runs.
- Duplicate items or currency, or take advantage of a bug that does, rather than reporting it.
- Attempt to reach systems, data or staff tools you have not been given access to.
- Impersonate staff, or claim an ability to grant items, roles or moderation outcomes.
- Sell, buy or trade accounts, in-game items or in-game currency for anything outside the experience.
If you find a bug that gives you an advantage, tell us. We would much rather fix it than punish somebody for it, and we have never treated a report as an admission.
Moderation
Staff can kick, mute, freeze or ban an account. We try to be proportionate and we keep a record of every staff action — who took it, against whom, and why — so decisions can be reviewed.
We do not guarantee a warning first, and a serious case will not get one. If you think a decision was wrong, ask us through the Roblox group and we will look at the record.
Your progress is not property
Your character, your items and your in-game currency exist inside the experience. They are not goods, they have no cash value, and you do not own them in a way that survives the experience. We may change, rebalance or remove in-game things as the game develops — that is what developing a game is.
We do keep a version history of your save and will restore progress genuinely lost to a bug or a mistake where we can. That is something we do because it is right, not a guarantee we are able to offer in every case.
Purchases
Anything bought with Robux is handled entirely by Roblox, under Roblox’s terms, including its refund policy. We never see your payment details and we cannot issue a refund ourselves. Buying something does not exempt an account from moderation.
Account pairing
You may pair your character with our Discord community. It is optional, it can be undone, and unpairing never costs you progress. Rewards for pairing are granted once per Roblox account — pairing again from a different Discord account does not pay twice.
The staff dashboard
Our staff dashboard is for authorised staff only. Access is tied to your role in the Gokudo group and can be withdrawn at any time, without notice and without a reason being given. Staff actions taken there are logged in the same record as actions taken in game.
No guarantee of service
Gokudo is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, that it will be free of bugs, or that it will keep working the way it does today. We may change it, take parts of it away, or stop running it.
Changes to these terms
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to play after that means you accept the change.
